The project is located at Jamner City of Jalgaon District, Maharashtra.
It is based on the model of Build Own Lease Transfer (BOLT), and it is the most ambitious model framed by the Govt. to develop the land available with ZPs across the State. Proudly ShriShri got the success.
The project consists of 700 commercial shops, ZP administration building, Marathi School, Urdu School and other basic infrastructure development at Jamner City.

Being a state level sensation, the project was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Mahrashtra Shri Devendraji Fadnavis. The project demonstrates the sense of responsibility and prudence of ShriShri towards the Client (The State, The People). Hon’ble CM were impressed with the workmanship and planning of the project and out of such impression announced in the public meeting that “The buildings are constructed so beautifully that I wish to shift my Mantralaya here in these building”, again a proud moment added in ShriShri’s profile
